IT Internal Senior Specialist Planner (f/m/d) for IT Infrastructure and Network Technology

What you`ll do

As a member of our team, you will:

• Take over project management and coordination of IT sub-projects for new and renovation projects of SAP offices at the Walldorf and St. Leon-Rot locations
• Ensure the network standards of SAP IT in planning, conception, and implementation in construction projects
• Create requirement catalogs and tender documents
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, external planners, and service providers
• Collaborate with departments from Facility, Physical Security, IT, and LoBs
• Conduct risk analyses and develop measures to minimize risks
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal regulations

What you bring

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is persistent, and remains curious. We are looking for you if you possess the following characteristics:

• Education/degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in planning and implementing network technology projects and in project management
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of network technology, IT infrastructure, and construction
• Experience in creating technical specifications and tender documents
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Openness to new ideas and the passion to convince others of them
• Fluent English and German language skills oral and written
• 5+ years of professional experience in the IT and network environment
