ABOUT THE TEAM


Cloud ERP is at core of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise, providing next-generation business processes while taking advantage of artificial intelligence, so every employee can make smarter decisions, faster. 

 

In running and scaling the Cloud ERP organization, the COO office plays a vital role from implementing business operations to develop the organization and its people, financials, and operations.

 

We are looking for an internship (f/m/d) in the office of the Cloud ERP COO who will bring their fresh ideas to the unit. Our goal is to enable the units to become more data driven and foster transparency using SAP technology. We are looking for a person with technical affinity that enjoys creating and optimizing reports as well as designing processes. 
 

THE ROLE


The related tasks include, but may not be limited to supporting the office of the COO:

  • Provide support in the Cloud ERP COO team e.g. creating transparency via reports and analytics tools
  • Reporting automation
  • Support and driving ad-hoc short term projects 
  • Creating high-level presentations, documentation and templates
  • Stakeholder alignment, feedback consolidation and evaluation, minutes and action item tracking
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn about new areas, business processes and technologies
  • Drive and support financial steering and budget management 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences (Business Economics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, other)
  • Computer skills: Basic IT know-how, very good Excel- and PowerPoint abilities and virtual collaboration tools
  • Good analytical skills
  • Soft skills: Creative and curious, can-do attitude, reliable, team-player, ability to drive topics independently/self-starter abilities
  • Language skills: English, German is an asset


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
