What you'll do


We are looking for someone to share the team's enthusiasm for helping SAP´s business units and legal entities to comply with various data protection & privacy regulations. As a student (f/m/d) you in our team you will get hands-on experience with data protection audits and learn how data protection requirements are implemented operationally in the company. 
Your tasks include, but are not limited to: 

  • Coordinate and support internal and external data protection audits 
  • Establish a robust network to ensure smooth operations and optimal information flow within the SAP´s Data Protection Community
  • Maintain and update information material such as SharePoint Pages and MS Teams
  • Keep up-to-date with data protection requirements, both to facilitate compliance and to enhance your professional knowledge


What you bring

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. 

  • Student at a University or University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration or Legal Studies or comparable
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
  • Ability to solve the problems with ‘think out of the box’ attitude
  • Very good communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Proactive and independent working attitude
  • Passionate and curious to learn, improve and develop
  • Knowledge of data protection topics would be an advantage
     

Meet your team


The DP Audit and Cross-Collaboration team belongs to SAP´s Central Data Protection & Privacy team and supports SAP business units and legal entities with all cross functional operation topics. This comprises but is not limited to the execution of the Data Protection Management System (DPMS), the underlying SAP DP Control Framework, the Legal Entity Audits, the supplier compliance verification, and the Collaboration Office.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about making a difference and who would like to become part of a dynamic and positive team!  

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
