What you'll do


As a member of the Experience Services team, you will gain valuable insights into the Solution Innovation & Experience organization and contribute to various creative projects. You will learn how we enable customers to experience SAP’s value through our SAP Experience Centers and numerous events – across the globe! In this role, you'll engage with different processes across our supply chain, interact with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and customers, and gain insights into our strategic and forward-thinking initiatives.


To excel in this role, you should be creative, innovative, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges. Your main focus will be project management support, including translating business needs into presentations, organizing events, workshops, and supporting other initiatives. A keen interest in generating creative ideas, visualizing them aesthetically, and working with new tools is essential. As a team player, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.


We have a vibrant student community where you can engage with other students and spend time together. We strive to align your tasks and projects with your development interests. If the collaboration works well, we can discuss extending your student contract or transitioning from an internship to a working student position.


What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Design
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Planner, Project)
  • Language skills: Very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Soft skills: Expert in organizing, dedication to deliver high-quality results, open for learning, team player
  • Nice-to-have qualifications: Project Management, experience in communications, text writing, content creation, social media and administrative tasks. Work Experience in a creative and/or administrative field

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
