What you'll do


The role will entail tasks related to the development and definition of Showcase and use case content for Experience centres & Events, including the participation in briefing calls, creating visually appealing and effective content, including presentations and videos and the engaging customer tours. The candidate will also work closely with our Experience Services showcase team to create storyline definition, descriptions, alignment with product, CMSO and CS teams to validate storylines and content, design and development with cross teams and rolling out the content with enablement materials, and respective BoMs. Candidates should be open to actively engage with customers and other third parties & our Partner eco-system as well. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop new storylines & content showcases for Experience Center community.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital, Video generation and enablement materials.
  • Be able to work on media content and aware of tools and marketing content communications
  • Conduct research on solutions, industry trends, partners, and competitors
  • Participate and get the opportunity to present in meetings, provide input and feedback.
  • Identify potential improvements along the customer journey.
  • Contribute to transformation projects across all Experience Centres & events.
  • Support in various projects and customer touchpoints.

 

What you bring

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. The ideal candidate with an interest in getting engaged with SAP Internal stakeholders, customers and possesses a basic understanding of SAP solutions/technology. 

 

  • Ability to build excellent visually effective content based on verbal input.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and in presenting them.
  • Can work independently, collaborate, prioritize effectively, and quickly adapt to new topics.
  • Preferred fields of study in Business, Economics, Media, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Systems or related fields
  • Verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Previous work experience in business administration or project management is a plus.
  • Nice-to-have qualifications: experience in video editing, text writing, content creation & Design, administrative tasks, enablement, training, learning & development, coaching.

The SAP Experience Centres are innovation spaces spread across the globe giving all-access to SAP’s solution portfolio. At our Experience Centres, customers and partners experience interactive showcases, real-life use cases as well as ready-to-use demos first-hand. The Experience Content & Labs team is responsible for the definition innovations, implementation, Integrations & lifecycle management of new dynamic, creative storylines, usecases & showcases deliveries that are deployed across all Experience Centres. We are looking for candidates who will actively support our goal to define, implement & support our Experience Center content & Usecase developments around cross Industry topics.
