Working Student (f/m/d) - Employee Communications

About the Team
The Employee Communications Team plans and executes communication activities that are designed to strengthen employee engagement, to shape the identity of individual organizational units within SAP, as well as to support their operational, organizational, and cultural transformations.


The activities range from strategic planning, to writing text, content creation and publishing in a variety of digital media, as well as project/event planning and execution/production. 


The Role
The role to be filled provides …

  • The opportunity to support individual communications projects by means of text writing, campaign planning, event management, using tools, platforms, and creative approaches to engage employees and share information with them
  • Holistic insights into integrated communications with a focus on employee communications
  • The opportunity to experience teamwork in an international environment 
  • Insight into a broad range of corporate topics 
  • Networking and collaboration with other communications colleagues and the business

Candidates should be available for an initial period of 6 months. Preferred start date is August 2021


Role Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Language skills: very good spoken and written English is a must
  • Soft skills: team player, experience in organizing projects/events, creative, curious 
  • Prior experience in corporate environment, in particular communications or marketing-related functions is a plus 
  • MS Office 365 user skills required; in particular user expertise with MS SharePoint and PowerApps is a plus
  • Design background and/or advanced Power Point skills is a plus
  • A keen interest in emerging communications trends and media
  • Programming skills or other deep computer-expertise are not required for this role


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
