What you'll do


 In your role as a student developer, you would be an integral part of the development team that works on an SAP internal Content Management Solution that we are building as a foundation of a bigger platform that helps citizen developers to efficiently create applications in a low-code/no-code environment.

 

  • You contribute to the architecture and implementation of cloud applications with state-of-the-art-technologies in the Java environment on SAP BTP
  • You are involved in all phases of the software development process, including problem definition, design and implementation.
  • You maintain and enhance existing solutions for internal customers
  • Additional location: St. Ingbert 


What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business Informatics or related
  • Computer skills: Good development skills in Java or an alternative JVM based language, expertise in Spring, Spring Data or JPA and REST services is a plus
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Soft skills: be a team player, always strive to learn new things
  • Others: Ideally you worked in a team based setting before on a medium to large scale project


Meet your team


 The vision of the Content Management Solutions team Is to deliver a newly build Headless Content Management Solution with extensive augmentation capabilities to support the reuse of content across organizations within SAP. 


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
