ABOUT THE TEAM

 

Being part of SAP University Alliances the SAP Central Research Services (CRS) Team supports collaborative research and innovation projects with academic and industrial partners in publicly funded projects or as contractual research. 
The successful applicant will gain vast experience in the day-to-day operations of the CRS Team all around project management and project administration

 

THE ROLE

 

  • Support daily administrative (e.g. order of office supplies, arrange meetings, monitor purchase orders, maintain distribution lists and inventory) as well as routine tasks of the CRS Team (e.g. maintain internal orders, administrative support of contractual matters, maintain project document archive) 
  • Independently resolve issues with some complexity with limited guidance and handle ad-hoc tasks and specific topics
  • Manage internal and external project-related correspondence and communication
  • Maintain and administrate tools and systems applicable to the unit
  • Prepare Excel-based management reports
  • Develop, write and regularly update How-to-Guides
  • Participate in and support cross-departmental projects (voluntary) 

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Student (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred candidates are Bachelor students of lower semesters.
  • Computer skills: Advanced MS Office 
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Reliable, pro-active, open-minded and diligent
  • Very structured, self-directed, team-oriented and hands-on working style with excellent prioritization skills
  • We expect you to 
    • be able to follow through and complete tasks with high degree of independence 
    • take responsibility and drive operation/administration processes from end-to-end
    • take personal initiative to improve processes and develop new approaches to tasks
  • Knowledge of the main internal systems at SAP (such as ISP, CSS, Corporate Portal) is an advantage
  • Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills will be an advantage

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
