What you will do:
We are looking for a motivated intern (f/m/d) who would like to support us as a media creator lead. In this role you will be responsible for giving form to relevant and interesting content and creating videos and images for our social media channel or other channels. You will help us maintain a strong brand identity on LinkedIn and help our leaders position themselves as trusted advisors on future of work and HR-related topics.
As a media creator lead you will develop ideas for photos and videos and implement this content. You will shoot and edit the videos yourself.
What you bring:
- A current university degree with a focus on graphic design, communication design, media design, film or related subjects.
- Fluent in German and English
- Passionate about film
- First experiences with handling the camera
- A good eye for composition
- Possibly already experience with the illumination of image scenes and sound recordings
- Creative and independent implementation of ideas
- Shoot, schedule and edit video content
- Post-production handling including editing, animation, grading & audio
- Good organizational skills, creativity, resilience
Technical know-how
- Basic knowledge of programs: Adobe Premiere or Final Cut, After Effects and Photoshop, Camtasia
- Application of image formats and image resolutions
- Knowledge of camera equipment, sound and light equipment
Good to have
- Excellent communication and event management skills
- Capable of writing advertising texts in German and English
- Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word
- Social media experience
- Initial experience with SAP internal systems is an advantage
