Internal Strategic Consulting Expert (f/m/d) for Non Commercial Licenses

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
 
You will have the responsibility to manage the alignment across the SAP Product teams for Trial, Free Tier, Test, Demo and Development Licenses, Academic Licenses also called Non-Commercial Licenses (NCL) to drive the SAP cloud adoption. The focus will lie on the detailed enablement of the SAP product teams around Non-Commercial Licensing business models and to define their business requirements. In alignment with the solution area leads you are defining the NCL strategy and their desired business needs & portfolio roadmap requirements across the user groups (e.g. Customer, Partner, Academic, Individuals). In addition, you are going to work closely with the NCL Business Model experts and SAP product Portfolio experts to validate the feasibility of these requirements and you will provide transparent information back to the product teams.

This role includes the following tasks:

• Lead the solution area based strategy planning for the NCL Business models
• Define and track the strategic business objectives & KPI’s of the solution areas across the NCL business models
• Roll-in of solution area based business requirements for the NCL business models
• Drive solution area based service portfolio management across the business models for the user groups (Customers, Partners, Academics, Individuals)
• Validate business model fit gap analysis and trigger business model adjustments or initiate new business models development projects

YOUR PROFILE   

• Solid experience in managing critical and cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication skills at senior executive level to secure buy-in via active involvement & objective decision making in English & German
• Holistic mindset spanning customer success to SAP’s margin ambitions and technological north stars
• Strong execution focus & excellent process and project management skills from concept to  coordination to execution/implementation
• Ability to bring business requirements and complex business models together into tangible plans
• Strong analytical skills and creativity in solving complex challenges required
• Be curious, open-minded and a real team player
• University degree or equivalent in Economic, Business Informatics or Administration / or other relevant disciplines

Our Non-Commercial Licensing team goal is to harmonize the Try, Buy & Adopt experience for cloud solutions across SAP, empowered by flexible & scalable frameworks, that demonstrates the Intelligent Enterprise capabilities and enables all of our users to easily explore, try, and consume our solutions, and seamlessly transition from free to paid while retaining prior work.We are a small team with a brought scope of topics and a wide spectrum of experts, which makes it fun to work within such a team.
