The SAP Academy for People and Business Transformation provides an extraordinary career start for graduates who want to drive SAP’s transformation into an intelligent and sustainable enterprise. They will help streamline and rethink internal processes and systems, as well as transform and drive our people strategy. As early career talent, you will join teams that orchestrate simplification at SAP. They reinvent key business processes and constantly enrich our employee experience. Those teams include Data & Analytics, Intelligent Enterprise Solutions, Corporate Transformation, Marketing & Solutions Operations, HR Centers of Excellence, Business Partners, SAP Learning and many more.

During the 12-month academy program, we offer you three rotations to find out or confirm where your passion is, to explore exciting new fields even outside of your study focus, and to gain insights into different teams that focus on driving the transformation of SAP.

Throughout the year, you will gain a deep understanding of the internal end-user needs via several shadowing assignments in relevant business and HR units. In addition, we provide you with continuous on-the-job learning and classroom trainings, several learning weeks, and a dedicated mentor. Thereby, we ensure your constant development. After a successful completion of the program, you will join one of the teams in our unit matching your skills and interests.

The official start date of the SAP Academy for People and Business Transformation program is April 1, 2023. Applicants who make it through the first application round will be invited to an assessment day in November 2022.

We strive to make our application and recruiting process as accessible as possible for everyone, e.g. via live captions during our phone interviews and the assessment day. Therefore, we encourage especially those applicants with different abilities to apply for the Academy program.
