As a Junior Contract Advisor (f/m/d), you will support SAP Chief Trust Office and the Customer Information Security Advisory Team in customer security lifecycle from engagement to renewal. While the role is generally global the focus will be to support the EMEA region. You will work with customer facing roles and act as the trusted advisor for Security and Data Protection across SAP Solution offerings. Legal and Renewal teams will rely on you as Security expert assessing and developing contractual wording regarding Security & Privacy. You will build compelling knowledge across solutions working with Solution Security advisors, and subject matter experts to collect and maintain all elements of information security. You will assure availability of information to the broader team as well as availability of public and customer facing content. You will contribute to enablement programs for your peers according to their respective roles.


  • Bachelor's or Master´s degree (or comparable in-firm training) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Law or related discipline. 
  • General knowledge about technology and security measures of SAP solution offerings preferred but no prerequisite
  • Knowledge of Information Security Architecture or a strong willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory – Fluency in German is a plus 
  • Knowledge of contractual legal obligations 
  • Evidence of strong written communication skills, including experience in presenting technical information in a business or regulatory context to C-level and subject matter experts
  • Creative and strong problem-solving skills
  • Goal-directed, persistent, and driven to achieve positive results and outcomes
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 
  • Project management and Self-Management skills; ability to work well under pressure with diligence, organization, and minimal supervision, and provide practical advice to clients
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams and business units on a global basis, without formal hierarchical authority
