What you'll do
We are looking for an engaged, and motivated colleague (f/m/d) to contribute to an inspiring learning portfolio with compelling, easy to consume, meaningful and innovative assets, formats and events for our community of educators and early talent at universities and schools around the globe.
Your Contribution could look like this:
- You collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders
- You manage portfolio asset creation projects e.g. new SAP Solution curricula
- You support the implementation of the UA signature event concept for interactive community events e.g. Academic Community Conferences being part of the UA learning portfolio
- You support new concepts complementing the University Alliances and/or Young Thinkers program
What you bring
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business informatics, business economics,
- Very good communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in English. German is a plus.
- Very good project management skills and experience.
- Very good concept development skills.
- Ability to create learner centric learning experiences and journeys around the SAP solution portfolio for the University Alliances and Young Thinkers educator communities.
- Good understanding of SAP solutions and technology as well as the related SAP learning portfolio.
- Excellent communication and networking skills to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, self-driven and high quality work approach.
- Positive and solution-oriented mindset, team player, transparent and open to changes.
- Creativity combined with analytical skills and a pragmatic sense for feasibility and priorities.
- An open personality with a growth mindset having fun to learn.

With our programs for Universities, SAP University Alliances and for Schools SAP Young Thinkers we partner with almost 3000 educational institutions around the globe to inspire, educate, research and co-innovate together.
The mission of the SAP University Alliances Programs Team is to collaborate with internal and external partners when managing and conceiving a global core UA portfolio of SAP cloud solution experiences creating value for educators and students.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
