What you'll do

  • Project support: Creation of various check-up processes with resources and workplace setup planning 
  • Varied tasks in our medical health center 
  • Preventive and emergency medical care of our employees 
  • Carrying out various medical examinations (e.g. ECG, vision and hearing tests, spirometry, laboratory examinations and blood pressure measurements etc.) 
  • Support for various health campaigns at German subsidiaries, e.g flu vaccination campaign 
  • Administrative tasks, e.g documentation of medical services 
  • Calendar maintenance and scheduling 

 

What you bring

Necessary knowledge 

  • High social competence and ability to work in a team 
  • High level of customer orientation, commitment, and flexibility, focus on user experience 
  • Experience in project management and independent project work 
  • Experience in medical check-up processes and implementation 
  • Experience in general and emergency medicine 

Preferred Skills  

  • Medical English and German, both written and spoken, ideally third language  
  • Advanced IT knowledge with patient management software e.g Medisoft Software Basis 

Professional Experience 

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a medical professional / nurse
  • Project experience e.g. executive check ups, screen glasses process 
  • Experience in the field of internal medicine as well as in-depth knowledge of preventive examinations such as ergometry and spirometry

As part of the Future of Work (FoW) family within the People & Culture board area the department „Global Health, Safety & Well-Being“ consists of 5 teams.  
Based on Occupational Health & Safety legislation in Germany the „Health Center“ team provides mature internal physical and mental occupational services, onsite and telemedically, as well as first aid and medical emergency handling. 

 

In this way, we support people at SAP in maintaining their individual balance between workload and life resources and ensuring their long-term performance. In addition, we also act in a global context to further advance our innovative approaches at the interface between occupational medicine, psychology and the operational requirements of the 21st century. Within the global team, you will find thought leadership in action with a great team spirit.
