Partner Engagement Senior Specialist / Expert - SAP Signavio (m/f/d) (limited for 1 year)

This is a parental leave cover with a limited contract.

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE      
 

  • Training Coordination: Organize and manage partner training programs by coordinating partner nominations, scheduling training dates, and securing the availability of Signavio Services.
  • Resource Management: Work closely with Signavio Services to ensure trainers and materials are available for scheduled training sessions.
  • Funding Requests: Prepare and submit funding requests for partner training programs, ensuring budget alignment and approval.
  • SIG Training Management: Oversee the organization and execution of SIG training sessions, ensuring content quality and relevance.
  • 1:many Enablement: Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of various 1 enablement formats, ensuring they meet partner needs and organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure all training requirements are met and executed seamlessly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on training outcomes, participant feedback, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: React to the changing partner and SAP landscapes, access new training and funding options, and meet the evolving needs of partners as new programmes and products are launched. 


YOUR PROFILE        
 

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the software industry or in a partner facing role (Partner management, sales, consulting, etc.) 
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent 
  • Understanding the principles of cloud solution delivery through partners
  • Experience in training coordination, event management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with SAP Signavio products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Capacity to work accurately on multiple tasks with multidisciplinary teams.  
  • Fluent English and Business Level English.

Next to the Partner Delivery Managers (PDMs), the Strategic Partner Enablement Specialists are part of the team as well.

In summary, the Global Partner Enablement Team is a powerhouse of talent, driving strategic partnerships and integrations in the software industry. With a focus on partner delivery, strategic enablement, and scalable enablement initiatives, the team is aiming to drive sustainable growth, grow the Partner Delivery Share and support on indirect renewals and dACV.
