What you'll do
- Ensure continuous and consistent maintenance of SAP Global Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority and SAP Supplier Code of Conduct, matching changing requirements worldwide
- Document Management (legal contracts, templates etc.), set up/maintain GPO document library
- Support Subprocessor and Financial Services related Data Protection processes
- Execute and monitor ad hoc projects related procurement governance
- Work on concepts and implementation for improved policies
- Identify, analyze and resolve quality issues
- Work closely with Procurement and related organizations
- Work self-organized and “think outside the box”
What you bring
- University degree or the equivalent either in business adminstration, legal or a similar field
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) in English (fluent)
- Team spirit
- Self-organized Problem-solver
- High affinity towards governance topics and policies
- Analytical and structured problem resolving approach
- Resilience to manage stress
- Open-minded and willing to drive change
- Ability to work in international teams and virtual environment
