Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

Betreuung des gesamten Schulungsangebots im Bereich der Produktionsplanung, darunter:

• Klassische Produktionsplanung in SAP S/4HANA
• Neue innovative Themen wie SAP S/4HANA MRP Live und SAP S/4HANA Demand-Driven MRP
• Erweiterte Produktionsplanung und Feinplanung in SAP S/4HANA ePP/DS

• Einsatz unterschiedlicher Methoden inklusive moderner KI-Werkzeuge zur Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für die Schulung von internen und externen Stakeholdern
• Bereitstellung der Schulungen in unterschiedlichen Formaten sowohl für Klassenraumtraining als auch für Selbstlerner
• Aktualisierung und Pflege der Schulungslandschaft inkl. Arbeiten im System
• Sicherstellung, dass alle Schulungsunterlagen aktuell und in Übereinstimmung mit den neuesten SAP-Versionen und Unternehmensrichtlinien sind.
• Beratung der Schulungsteilnehmer und Abteilungen bei der Anwendung von SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing im Bereich der Produktionsplanung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie der Beratung und dem Produktmanagement, um aktuelle, innovative und hochwertige Schulungsinhalte zu erstellen

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Idealerweise Erfahrung bei der Lieferung von Schulungen und Kundenpräsentation inklusive virtueller Methoden.
• Kenntnisse im Bereich der Logistik, insbesondere im Bereich der Produktionsplanung, idealerweise Wissen zur Nutzung von SAP Software
• Kenntnisse von Social Learning Methoden
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse
• Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
• Wünschenswert: Erfahrung als Trainer oder Berater sowie methodisches und didaktisches Fachwissen
