Project Specialist & Team Coordination (f/m/d) for SAP Build (limited contract)

What you’ll do
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Specialist (f/m/d) to support projects within our unit, as well as collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage communications with other units, and between teams. This role is vital to our organization’s success and will involve organizing and managing alignment meetings and internal events as well as ensuring successful engagements across teams.
Your responsibilities in this position include:
- Project Support: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of projects by establishing timelines, managing resources, coordinating team efforts, and proactively addressing any challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
- Team Coordination: Enhance team collaboration and productivity through effective communication channels, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring ongoing dialogue among participants and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met, and concerns are addressed promptly. Facilitate open communication and offer timely updates to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Migration Projects: Lead migration initiatives by developing comprehensive strategies and coordinating technical teams to achieve set objectives and ensure seamless execution. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies, while providing ongoing support and training to stakeholders. Maintain clear communication throughout the transition to uphold industry standards and ensure project success.
What you bring
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and project management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Teams, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel). Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA, or similar software.
- You are a self-motivated person, who likes to take responsibility, brings a team-player mindset, and excels in communication with the ability to network, manage relationships, and influence stakeholders without authority.
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, German language skills are highly beneficial.

The launchpad team belongs to SAP Build and is highly connected with CloudERP and the ABAP platform. We have good customer relations and large parts of SAP rely on us.
This position will be offered on a limited contract.
