We are looking for a colleague (f/m/d) to create and shape an inspiring learning portfolio with compelling, easy to consume, meaningful & innovative assets, formats and events for our community of young learners and educators at schools and universities around the globe. 
Your Contribution could look like this:

  • Compose  existing assets and formats in an appealing way to provide an excellent learner experience to our next generation learners.
  • Efficiently plan, develop, and execute learning experiences and events for our SAP University Alliances and SAP Young Thinkers programs.
  • Evolve the learning experience to allow an easy and unforgettable consumption making use of the latest technology by combining physical with virtual learning methods and assets.
  • Engage on behalf of SAP with governmental representatives and educational partners regarding future teaching & learning in schools, as well as with the SAP Ecosystem for real-life show and use cases of our SAP platforms and products.
  • Engage and team up SAP internally to leverage synergies and drive our ONE SAP mission.
  • Be up to date on our internal SAP product portfolio, as well as market trends in technology and future learning and teaching trends.



  • Bachelor or master’s degree in a related field of study or related work experience.
  • Very good communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in English. German is a plus.
  • Very good project management skills and experience.
  • Good at concept development.
  • Ability to create learner centric learning experiences and journeys around our SAP solution portfolio for our target groups.
  • Good understanding of SAP’s technology solutions as well as SAP learning portfolio.
  • Excellent networking skills to collaborate with different stakeholders focusing on academic institutions and the SAP ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven and delivering high quality work.
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset, team player, transparent and open to changes.
  • Creativity combined with analytical skills and a pragmatic sense for feasibility and priorities.
  • An open personality seeking to learn new things every day.



With our programs SAP Young Thinkers and SAP University Alliances, we partner with over 2.300 universities and 500 schools worldwide to inspire, educate, and co-innovate jointly. The mission of the SAP University Alliances Programs Team is to collaborate with internal and external partners when managing and conceiving a global core UA portfolio of SAP cloud solution experiences creating value for educators and students.
