YOUR FUTURE ROLE      


As a Regional ESG Specialist, you will support the Regional ESG Lead. You will be instrumental in implementing SAP's ESG commitments at a regional level, helping to tailor global ESG strategies to fit regional needs. Your role will involve project management, risk assessment, and the exploration of regional ESG opportunities.

  • Assist in adapting global governance and compliance frameworks to regional requirements.
  • Support in initiating and managing regional ESG projects, including vendor selection.
  • Ensure regional execution aligns with ESG standards and targets.
  • Help assess and react to regional ESG risks and opportunities, providing strategic insights.
  • Contribute to regional ESG reporting, data collection, and analysis.
  • Foster relationships with local stakeholders and regional ESG organizations.

 

YOUR PROFILE  

   

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • A good understanding of ESG principles and processes.
  • Proven skills in operational planning at a regional level, aligning with global strategy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work with distributed teams and partners.
  • At least three years of experience in an ESG-focused role.
  • A track record of value creation and innovation in the realm of ESG.
