About the team:

 

The board area, Customer Services and Delivery (CS&D), aims to establish greater connectivity and intimacy in SAP customer interaction and enhance customer experiences with unique, tailored services. The CS&D Global Customer Engagement and Services within CS&D is dedicated to enhancing customer confidence in their SAP cloud journey and reducing time to value across the Adopt & Consume journey of the Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). 
Our mission is to accelerate and expand customer adoption and consumption of SAP solutions across regions. With over 5,000 employees, the CS&D Global Engagement & Services (GE&S) organization manages a €4.5BN service P&L, driving customer success and outcomes through easy-to-adopt cloud solutions.

In this role, you’ll:


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative/Marketing Intern (f/m/d). This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in business, marketing, and storytelling through content and data. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and gain hands-on experience in creating compelling business stories.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the GCES Adoption & Consumption Program office to develop creative content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience
  • Assist in the creation of executive communications materials, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content
  • Conduct research and gather data to support communications initiatives and campaigns
  • Analyze data and transform it into visually appealing and informative presentations
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies to promote our services
  • Help maintain and update our website and social media platforms with fresh and engaging content
  • Monitor and report on the performance of communication activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual presentation and content creation


Who you are:

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in storytelling and turning data into compelling business stories
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
