About the team:

The Cloud Success Services Global Go-to-Market (GTM) team collaborates with colleagues around the world to design and develop Services Sales Plays that help our customers meet their business objectives with SAP products and deliver on SAP’s cloud transformation strategy. Some activities on the team include sales play design, value proposition, content/asset creation, services sales team enablement, and more


What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Cloud Success Services GTM Intern
Location: Remote (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: July/August, 2022


In this role, you’ll:


  • Support the Head of CSS GTM to develop new GTM strategies 
  • Prepare and support strategic meetings and presentations for future GTM services 
  • Do external research as input for decision making documents
  • Collaborate with team members on GTM deliverables and content
  • Provide review assistance for clear communication
  • Assist and coordinate with the syndication of GTM assets across multiple SAP Platforms 


Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Position requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong follow-through and coordination skills working in a dynamic environment across multiple teams and time zones
  • Agility and an eagerness to take on ad hoc request as needed for the benefit of the team and in overall support of SAP

Educational requirements: 

  • Undergraduate or Master Program focus areas:  Supply Chain / Procurement / Sales / Marketing / Technology / Corporate Communications

Language requirements: 

  • English: 100% fluent verbal and written skills 

Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role:  

  • Able to engage with and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Process orientated – able to take knowledge from others and structure it / present it back in an organised manner - tell a story
  • Self-starter – be proactive, learn quickly, anticipate needs, and make recommendations

Qualifications for the role

  • Must have: 
  • Native English speaker - fluent in both verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite
  • Project management skills to track and coordinate various people and activities
  • Nice to have:
  • Previous SAP Intern experience a plus
