The Global Customer Engagement and Services (GCES) within CS&D employs a dedicated team of approximately 7,500 members and is responsible for managing a substantial service profit and loss account of €4.5BN. GCES's objective is to bring about significant business transformation for its customers, accelerate innovation adoption, and facilitate a unified engagement and experience.

In this role, you’ll:
The Adoption & Consumption Program Office within Global Customer Engagement & Services (GCES) is looking for an Intern (f/m/d) with a passion for helping our customers adopt and consume our cloud solutions to join us.
The individual will be responsible for driving the GCES-led adoption and consumption programs. This individual will collaborate across the CSD organization and with other board areas to coordinate the execution of action plans resulting from RISE adoption review calls.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the relevant team in Strategy and Operations (S&O) to manage the planning, execution, and follow-up actions of RISE adoption plan/review calls.
- Support with adoption process improvement initiatives and their respective roadmaps to continuously improve the RISE adoption review cadence in close collaboration with S&O.
- Develop and maintain regular reports for the executive team. Simplify complex data into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.
- Monitor adoption and consumption of cloud services for target customers.
- Help Identify adoption and consumption gaps in usage to help the business identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in various strategic projects and collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and data.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such Business, Economics, as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Proficiency: English and any other international language is a plus.
