What You’ll Build

 

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Human Resources iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Learning & Development

Location: Walldorf, Germany

Internship duration: 6 months

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Contribute to the development and design of learning content for the SAP Next Gen initiative
  • Support the conceptual and operational planning, organization, and execution of virtual events, including administrative and logistical coordination to kick-off the SAP Next Gen Community
  • Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications across various channels
  • Collaborate closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to ensure the accurate delivery and continuous maintenance of all learning and communication materials
  • Oversee and manage backend operations related to learning content, including the organization and transfer of materials within relevant platforms

 

What You’ll Bring

 

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences 
  • Preferred fields of study: business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable
  • Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: picture/video editing skills, basic understanding of concepts & technology in the field of Artificial Intelligence
  • Language skills: strong English and German skills (written and spoken)
  • Soft skills: team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, proactive & independent work ethic
  • Other important skills/experience: work experience in corporate HR (or Learning) is appreciated
  • Working from office is required (Walldorf)
