YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The Product Learning (Senior) Specialist is responsible for the successful high-quality creation and delivery of SAP Learning training content for customers and partners. Both creation and delivery of the training content will be targeted toward different channels like self-paced or expert supported learning. While the creation of course material will have a special focus on digital learning, the delivery of content could include traditional classroom, virtual or hybrid training as well as other formats like blended or flipped classroom set ups.
Beside this the Product Learning Specialist uses her/his experience with the processes and tools of SAP Learning for various tasks beside the content delivery and creation activities. From a software/content point of view, this role will be primarily focusing on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) within Logistics.

SAP Learning content creation related tasks could be:

• Creation of content for self-paced and expert supported trainings with a high focus on digital production which includes creating different interactive media supported by learning experience designers
• Providing input during Learning Journey Design workshops
• Development of Stay Current content
• Leading Learning Hub and Learning Room activities
• Supporting Business Development activities (e.g. SAP Education Forums, Bootcamps)
• Working on and developing new topics for future Education content

Training Delivery related tasks could be:

• Delivery of trainings in all offered channels and formats
• Leading Demand Generation activities (e.g. delivering Webinars) and other external and internal rollout tasks
• Communication with customers beyond the class topics and solving of respective queries independently, acting as a trusted advisor for our customer and partners
• Leading complex CST (customer specific training) qualifications, including the respective coordination and customer contact. Managing customer expectations appropriately.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in learning content production especially for digital learning content
• Experience in delivering trainings or customer presentations including VLC methods
• Knowledge in using and implementing SAP software especially in the Logistics area (preferably with experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management)
• Fluency in social and digital learning tactics
• Business Fluency in German and English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Professional Training & Certification
• Train the trainer workshop or comparable soft skill training for presentation skills (Skills, Work Experience)
