Our virtual team with colleagues in different locations in Germany and Austria ensures that the customer receives an unforgettable training experience and satisfaction is exceeded by providing the right skilled resources in a timely manner. We also ensure the trainer/consultant receives a great delivery experience by providing the information and support needed.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP Product Learning Support iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Resourcing Team
Work Area: Education and Training
Location: Walldorf

Expected start date: March 01, 2025
Working day availability is flexible, but one day/half day needs to be Monday.

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

As working student (f/m/d), you will work closely with the Resourcing Specialists in the MEE (Middle & Eastern Europe) resourcing team. You will be supporting different projects to streamline our resourcing process. 

 

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Support in Authorized Trainer Program. Our trainers renew their free SAP Learning Hub subscription every year in April and we need support in analyzing the trainer base and assessing their requests
  • Support resourcing processes for live sessions
  • Contribute to the team success by aligning the team around all key deliverables 
  • Share your ideas, be innovative and contribute to the open-minded and collaborative culture of our team


Who you are:

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) in university in a relevant degree program such as Human Resource, Business Administration or similar
  • No previous experience is required for this position
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • High sense of data quality
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German
  • Capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
  • Soft skills: Team player, open to new challenges, willing to learn new things

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
