Our Customer Success Team for SAP SuccessFactors in Middle and Eastern Europe is customer-focused and highly collaborative. We emphasize empathy and support, both for our customers and within the team. Continuous learning and celebrating successes are important to us. What you’ll do
Position title: SAP SuccessFactors iXp Intern (f/m/d) – SuccessFactors Customer Success Manager
Work Area: Sales Support
Location: Walldorf
Expected start date: Jan 08, 2024
The duration of the internship will be one month.
In this role, you’ll
- Learn to how to run and manage SAP implementation projects
- Learn how to leverage your creative skills and talents in a business environment
- Learn the basics about SAP solutions
- Working closely with Customer Success Teams and supporting Teams supporting SAP customers
- Supporting our Customer Success Managers in
- strategic initiatives
- project forecasting, status reporting and financial follow-up
- Contact and support person for selected tools
- Ad hoc support on strategic Customer Success initiatives
- Developing presentations
- Developing analysis using SAP analytics tools
Who you are
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Focus on Outlook, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of running projects and working with processes
- Organized, proactive and able to work toward deadlines
- Motivation to learn and use SAP Applications
- You are a master‘s student or nearing the completion of your bachelor‘s degree
- Fluent in English with excellent writing & communication skills
- Team player and receptive to feedback
- Creative and analytical
- Curious and eager to learn
