YOUR FUTURE ROLE 
We are seeking a Security Learning Program Coordinator (f/m/d) to help SAP reach the next level. Our team is improving SAP security by fostering knowledge, raising security awareness, and incubating security culture. This position can be located either in Germany (Walldorf), France (Mougins) or in the US (multiple locations possible)

As a Security Learning Program Coordinator (f/m/d) you will join a cross-functional agile team tasked with creating world-class security training programs for 50k+ employees, partners, and customers. Primary responsibilities include:
•    Develop detailed learning delivery schedules, course curricula, resource plans, and content creation/refresh roadmaps
•    Hold SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) accountable to content commitments
•    Collaborates closely with learning program owners, instructional designer, and SAP learning organization to achieve project goals
•    Work with LMS (Learning Management System) administrators to plan deployments and report on course analytics
•    Effectively manage multiple projects toward achieving project goals on time

YOUR PROFILE 
Candidate must have a proven track record of managing complex and competing project priorities in education, communication, or a related field. The ideal candidate has a passion for planning learning development and thrives on maximizing the reach and value of security education. Skillset requirements include:
•    4+ years in program leadership or project management activities
•    3+ years of enterprise learning development (or related enterprise planning with multiple geographies, legal, language, and cultural considerations)
•    Experience with German Works Council
•    Fluent English communication skills (verbal/written)
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s or equivalent work experience
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Experience with SAP Learning platform a plus
•    PMP Certification a plus
