What you'll do 

  • Be responsible for creating and maintaining the common body of knowledge content across multiple systems and database
  • You will be a primary administrative point of contact and resident expert for the systems and databases managed by the Chief TrustOffice, Content Development team
  • Organize and maintain collateral in an effective and efficient manner, such as a whitepaper, presentations, documentation, training, audio, and video recordings which are the elements of the knowledge base
  • Support the Content Development teamand others for changes and updates to multiple systems using your expert guidance
  • Contribute to documenting processes and procedures as guidelines for the systems you support

  • Have hands-on IT technical systems administration experience as a superpower user, or other comparable experience that qualifies you for the position; appropriate training, guidance and support will be provided.
  • An ability to understand, learn, absorb and apply IT the enablement and database concepts to support the systems to which you will be responsible
  • Have a passion for information security, a deep respect and commitment to your team and to SAP; work independently as needed and create high integrity deliverables
  • Have an analytical, results-driven, problem solving, and solution-oriented approach
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening; must be articulate and fluent in English
  • Should be a Go-To the person for content management systems and knowledge databases; uses “big picture thinking” to come up with new ideas to solving challenges and issues

An SAP Global Security Systems Administrator will be a member of the Chief Trust Office Organization. The Chief Trust Office ensures continuous, targeted, and consistent communication & enablement inside and outside the company to drive market and workforce awareness, skilling, and engagement based on SAP’s Security strategy. Our team is made up of an international group spanning four continents enabling the trustful digital transformation of our clients.


The Content Development team is responsible for developing customer-facing materials in support of Customer Success teams. The team maintains a Common Body of Knowledge for customer success teams.
