What you'll do 

 

As the administrative support to the Office of the CPO your goal will be to perform administrational support activities to maximize the efficiencies of the P&C Board Office. Your specific tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow up like booking of travel expenses 
  • Booking meeting rooms/ venues for the team 
  • Arranging meetings for managers including coordination of team meetings and larger external events
  • Managing internal and potentially external correspondence 
  • Maintain and monitor Purchase Order Requisitions and Purchase Orders, and invoices 
  • Support with organizational tasks for the team like planning and execution of team meetings, etc. 
  • All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team 

 

What you bring 

 

 You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences: 
 

  • Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, Operations, Management, or similar 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools 
  • Preferably some experience with SAP internal Tools like Corporate Portal, 
  • ISP, CSN, Ariba, Concur etc. 
  • Language: German and English fluently is mandatory 
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment 
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently 
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery 

 

Meet your team 

 

The Office of the CPO in particular facilitates with our People and Culture Board responsibilities by making time, information, and decision-making effective within P&C and in collaboration with other board areas. The team supports the CPO’s day-to-day business with the respective governance and relationship building activities across internal and external key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include the meeting preparation of internal as well as external meetings with customers, partners or analysts. Additionally, the P&C Office takes care of any organizational tasks related to our CPO.
 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
