About the team:
Located within the People and Operations board area, the SAP Transformation Office drives execution and transformation of the company’s strategy to build tomorrow’s SAP.
The Customer Transformation Group (CTG) is a team located within the SAP Transformation Office. The CTG devoted itself to the mission of helping customers succeed on their transformation by sharing SAP´s own transformation journey. The customer engagements are dedicated to ensuring a true understanding of their expectations and to provide the utmost excellent customer experience. Based on that, long-lasting strategic business exchanges and peer-to-peer partnerships are created. Next to Customer Engagements, the team also drives Internal Enablement and Knowledge Sharing as well as Content Creation.


What are we doing:

  • Organize transformational exchanges to share SAP’s transformation best practices and E2E know how (Approach, Techniques, Learnings, Decision Criteria) with customers and internally
  • Advise neutrally in transformational topics by acting as a strategic reference to customers and supporting them before, during and after the sales process 
  • Identify transformation stories, generate the content and create presentation materials like storyboards, speaker notes and videos
  • Generate various other communication material and creative design assets to support internal marketing and other areas within SAP
  • Organize transformation events and engage with other SAP areas to train other SAP employees to become CTO speakers

What you’ll do:
Position title: Multimedia Design Working Student (f/m/d) @ Customer Transformation Group (CTG)
Work Area: Administration 
Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
Expected start date: As soon as possible


In this role, you’ll get the chance to learn and showcase your expertise in creating digital content across different formats which includes:

  • Create multimedia assets (presentations, visual designs, microsites, layouts, videos, motion graphics) to visualize SAP’s transformation high level ideas
  • Design and prepare engaging and interactive presentations/videos with compelling content and visuals (ex: GIFs).
  • Bring ideas to life and design best-in-class experiences across a wide range of digital media by using your different creative skills. 
  • Support the Marketing team by creating assets for internal and external use with a strong focus on innovation, creativity and high-quality assets that are engaging, innovative, and align with core purpose pillars of the SAP brand.
  • Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods and best practices for content creation.
  • Manage multiple design projects at the same time, ensuring quality needs and deadlines are met. 
  • Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision.


Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university of Fine Arts in communications, media, visual art, film, television or multimedia. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
•    Digital enthusiast - You have good knowledge of visual and graphic design, video editing, motion graphics. You are eager to create characters, environments and various digital assets. 
•    Problem-Solver - Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals
•    Software skills: 

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere etc)  
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications
  • 3D Software is a plus (Blender or others)

•    Soft Skills:

  •  A strong eye for aesthetic and visual design.
  • Animation Principles are a plus
  • Structured and well-organized
  • Creative – bringing in a fresh-mindset
  • Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills
  • Quick comprehension and goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and to prioritize
  • Reliability, responsibility and open-mindedness
  • Team player

•    Language skills: (fluent in English, German as a plus)
