Working Student (f/m/d) - Business Development Support

What you'll do 

The Business Transformation Services (BTS) team is hiring a working student to support with the following tasks and special projects:

• Support for internal and external communication (Newsletters, Blog Articles, SAP News Center etc. ...): Coordination with the authors and external agencies
• Support for upcoming special projects, campaigns, and events: e. g. Ordering print products from the in-house print shop
• Creative tasks such as image and video editing (depending on personal interests and previous experience)
• Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing documents and presentations, adhering to the SAP Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines.
• Taking responsibility for self-created concepts and projects
• Organization of internal events and workshops of the BTS Communications team
• Administrative support for BTS Communications team

Preferred start date: July-1st 2024
Working hours in consultation with the team 

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred major(s): business administration, international business management, economics, marketing, communication, media management, social studies or similar
• First experience and previous knowledge from other marketing or sales departments
• Strength in analytical and strategic thinking or in creative work
• Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Experience with content management systems (e. g. MS SharePoint is a plus)
• Language skills: Fluent in English and at least B1/B2 German
• Soft Skills: Feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Obligatory: Reliability, independent, flexible, and goal-oriented work

Business Transformation Services is SAP's management consultancy. We deliver value services to develop optimal solution architectures for our customers so that they can derive the greatest possible benefit from our solutions. To this end, we not only work closely with our customers, but also with our development, sales, and partners. Our consultants work independently and autonomously as far as possible. We support your success in this new, forward-looking, and challenging role with comprehensive onboarding.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
