What you'll do 

In our team, we support companies in their digital transformation – with a special focus on secure, efficient, and customer-oriented data migration. Many customers have concerns when it comes to transferring or cleaning large volumes of data. That’s why we develop guided and standardized migration scenarios that build trust and offer real value.

As a student assistant (f/m/d), you will help us make our solutions visible and easy to understand – both internally and externally. You will support event organization, create communication materials, and contribute to our marketing activities. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from Business Development for Transformation.

• Insights into strategic business development and real transformation projects

What you bring

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Business Informatics, or similar
• Proficient with MS Office (especially PowerPoint); experience with design or content tools is a plus
• Interest in digital transformation and innovative technologies
• Fluent in German; English is a plus
• First experience with event organization, communication or content creation (e.g., internships, university projects)

You are a creative and structured team player (f/m/d) who enjoys turning complex topics into clear and engaging messages. You communicate confidently, bring fresh ideas, and are eager to work in an environment where curiosity and initiative are appreciated.

What we do – Get to know your team
Our team works at the intersection of strategy, product development, and customer communication. We prepare knowledge in an easy-to-understand way, plan participation in relevant events, create materials for sales and partners, and connect customers with the right solutions.

In day-to-day work, this means for example:

• We develop scenarios for data migration
• We prepare our participation in events in terms of content
• We create presentations, articles, or social media content
• We exchange ideas with development teams, sales, and partners
• We think along – and actively contribute our own ideas

We work closely together, share our knowledge, and support each other – with enthusiasm for what we do and a strong sense of teamwork.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
