Working Student (f/m/d) - Business Support Partner Sales Execution

What you'll build

The objective of this role is to support the leader of this unit to manage the business as well as the virtual team holistically. You will play an important role in supporting the achievement of the given targets and supporting the extended team/stakeholder orchestration.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Project & Program Management of different business specific project and program elements 
• Organizing weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to manage execution governance 
• Support preparation of forecast and alignment calls in terms of agenda, aligning and briefing speakers/content, organizing meeting rooms, managing recordings, etc. 
• Executing internal communication and transparency, i.e. knowledge sharing or rollout of information/announcements 
• Supporting preparation of partner, customer and internal meetings/events, gathering content from stakeholders and preparing presentations 
• Other administrative tasks incl. Social Media presence

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences 
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering with Business Studies (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Marketing, General management, International Business/Management or similar 
• Computer skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office products 
• Knowledge of Partner, Sales or Marketing processes is a plus 
• Fluency in both English and German is a must 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Self-starter and ability to work independently 
• Teamplayer 
• Others: Previous SAP experience would be highly appreciated 
• Working from Walldorf/St.Leon Rot is required maximum once a week
