What you'll do

We are looking for committed and proactive students to support our team. With us, you will have the opportunity to look behind the scenes of one of the most successful sales organizations at SAP. You will work on strategic projects, take responsibility for tasks, and use your creativity to co-design our projects. You will gain a broad insight into the cloud business of the German market unit and be actively involved in our organizational changes.

• Development of creative ideas and solutions, also for own small projects
• Support in organizational development and transformation
• Preparation and follow-up of internal workshops
• Communication concepts for the SAP Germany sales team

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or comparable
• Computer skills: proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Language skills: fluent in English & German 
• Professional experience/ internship experience desired
• Soft skills: team player, well-organized, creative, curious
• Others: interest in understanding complex interrelationships; critical thinking and questioning of status quo to continuously improve processes; independent handling of tasks

In times of cloud transformation, we redefine market development, customer engagement, and overall business execution in innovative approaches on a daily business. We are the engine that energizes, sustains, and accelerates the profitability and cloud revenue growth of our organization.
Working students in our team are actively involved in the organizational transformation at SAP Germany and will gain unique, broad insights into cloud business. We constantly examine new business-relevant topics, evaluate them, and execute them in the field. In our team, we work hand in hand true to the motto #BusinessmeetsCreativity.
