What you'll do


The Compliance Culture Program Office (CCPO) is a part of the Global Field Compliance organization within the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC).


The CCPO is responsible for three key areas:

 

  • Global Policy Coordination Office
  • Ethical Leadership
  • OEC Learning

 

The CCPO is an exciting new team that is seeking a creative, inspiring working student to:

 

  • Support the setup of the new Compliance Culture Program Office (CCPO), assisting in the design, implementation, and update of team collaboration and communications channels, including a team calendar and project planner.
  • Create a refreshed Sharepoint presence for CCPO, and OEC content relevant for the broader OEC and SAP organization. Support general OEC Sharepoint maintenance.
  • Create content such as blogs, videos, social media posts in alignment with OEC’s Communication team and OEC’s communication strategy to engage employees, managers, and leaders in our policy, learning, and ethical leadership programs.
  • Support the CCPO team with projects, research, as well as managing data and reports.
  • Manage OEC’s employee on- and offboarding process.
  • Inspire us with your great ideas to engage employees in our programs, improve processes, and drive efficiency across the team.

  • Must be a current university student
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to use own initiative
  • Project management, organization, and time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
  • Team player, proactive and responsible approach to customer support
  • Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint; Power BI is a plus!
  • Creative, ideally with graphic design experience

 

Meet your team


The Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) is dedicated to upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance within SAP, with a mission to "Win the Right Way." Reporting to both the CEO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board, OEC works to advance SAP's business objectives by fostering a culture of integrity and minimizing legal risks. OEC is responsible for managing SAP's Compliance program related to Corruption, Bribery, and significant Fraud, as well as supporting various compliance initiatives including the SAP Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (Code), compliance policies and procedures, training, and global governance documentation.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
