ABOUT THE TEAM
Within the Office of the CEO board area, the SAP Transformation Office drives transformation programs to realize company-wide strategic ambitions and build tomrorrow’s SAP.
The „Consumption CoE“ team is a cross-functional group of experts with experience across the entire value chain.  The CoE advocates and ensures that consumption related processes, operations & architecture can scale & deliver the experience, simplicity & flexibility our customers expect, supporting SAP strategic goals.
While providing E2E consumption process oversight, resource orchestration & process design for Corp. & line of business Strategic Initiatives and new business models,  the CoE works with Stakeholers and teams from all board areas and at all levels, from advisor to Board Members and L1 leaders, to supporting functional teams in overcoming technical or process level challenges.
The CoE’s work also involves evangelising and communicating internaly about SAP’s journey to introduce and develop Consumption capabilities .  There is a lively internal community of SAP employees wanting to learn about Consumption based business and how SAP is leveraing it to support Customers with more flexible options.

 

THE ROLE
 You will support the Consumption CoE team in their daily work, for example:

  • Project Mgmt. – support CoE Mgr & team with internal project tasks incl. scheduling, organizing & preparing content & agendas for workshops, meetings, enablement sessions & community events.   
  • Reporting & Analysis - Support the preparation of regular Status & KPI Reports.  Help us collate a library of key reporting assets & 1 pagers
  • Research - Undertake spot research projects, and present your findings, on Strategic topics incl. Customer, Market & Industry trends and sentiment
  • Content Production - Help us prepare and present professional quality content, introducing new ideas for high impact communication / presentation of key messages
  • Content Mgmt. - regular update of key presentations & storyboards and develop a content catalogue concept 
  • Communication - Support the creation of the SAP Consumption Storyline & enablement content & to be presented to employees
  • Community & Portal Mgmt – Contribute to the Community Portal, with posts, content, videos, polls, quizzes, news & events, ideas of your own

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business, Computer or Data Science, Technology, Org. Psychology, Communications or Change Mgmt., Marketing, Media or Publishing, Education
  • Computer skills: 
  • expert in Microsoft Office Apps
  • expert in PowerPoint layout & design skills
  • familiarity with SharePoint an advantage
  • video production skills an advantage
  • Language skills: 
  • fluent business English - spoken and written
  • Soft skills: 
  • Team player & enjoys a fast pace 
  • Great organizing skills & multi-tasking
  • Creative, open to new ideas & questions the status quo
  • Enthusiastic to develop new skills
  • Results oriented, self-starter
  • Reliable, pro-active
