What you will do 

• In your role you will support the managers and the team and will gain deep insights into the Customer Success organization. 
• You will work on various projects, initiatives and tasks. 
• Your tasks will include creative content creation, so you should have a knack for designing beautiful things.  
• Do you want to redefine social media trends in a D2C, B2C and B2B environments and live out your creativity? Then you've come to the right place.

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of any creativity Sciences (Marketing, Media, Communication).
• Preferred fields of study:  no preferred fields of study – everyone can apply who is creative, maybe you have a creative hobby 
• Computer skills: be eager to learn 
• Language skills: fluent in German and English 
• Soft skills: creative, expert in organizing, independent

Meet your team 

We are a German team of Customer Success Managers for our SAP Customer Experience Portfolio. We serve large Retail and Consumer Goods customers in Germany  along the entire Customer Value Journey. Teamwork is key for our success. You are welcome to join our wonderful team.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
