About the team

Located within the Office of the CEO board area, the SAP Transformation Office acts under the umbrella of the Global Performance Organization, which drives execution and transformation of the company’s strategy to build tomorrow’s SAP.

The “Customer Transformation Office” Cluster is a team within the Transformation Office with the mission of helping customers to support on their Transformation Journey, by telling the SAP Transformation Journey.  Strive to make SAP the center of a transformation business community, establishing true peer-to-peer partnerships with our customers drive customer loyalty.


What are we doing:

  • Advise neutrally in transformational topics
  • Act as a reference to customers (SAP perspective)
  • Exchange of Sap’s digital E2E transformation best practices and E2E know how (Approach, Techniques, learnings, decisions criteria)
  • Support the customer before, during and after the sales process


Why are we doing it: 

  • Help SAP’s customer to succeed on their E2E transformation journey
  • Intensify relationships by building strategic partnerships and customer loyalty for life 
  • Learn from customers and leverage the feedback in our projects and business models
  • Predict customer needs, build up pipeline of customers demand and create options to buy more from SAP 


The role

You will support the Transformation Office in their daily project management work, for example:

  • Support in project management tasks, such as plan and execute operational activities for customer meetings, e.g. regular update of customer presentations, storyboards, templates etc.
  • Support in the creation of the SAP Transformation Storyline and presentation to be presented to customers/partners
  • Create new ideas how to present content and help to set up a new way of presenting our content
  • Building up internal and external marketing materials, and sharing knowledge and ideas with the team
  • Supporting with the creation and execution of a Speaker certification to scale our service
  • Support with the preparation of Quarterly Reports
  • Help to standardize and simplify our daily work along all topics


Role requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business or Science study
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Experience with customer engagements
  • Presentation/software skills: Microsoft Office (Excellent PowerPoint and good excel knowledge required), Design and Storytelling fascination – open for new presentation skills
  • Soft skills: Team player, great in organizing, creativity, flexibility and readiness to learn new skills, goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently and to prioritize, reliability, responsibility and open-mindedness


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
