What you'll do

We’re looking for a passionate and creative student (f/m/d) to help us empower the largest AI community at SAP through engaging communications, enablement materials, and inspiring sessions. You’ll play a key role in shaping our community’s journey by bringing fresh ideas and design expertise. As part of our team, you’ll be a contributor, juggling creative media design and event management tasks. 

Here’s what you’ll get to do: 

• Design newsletters, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations that inspire and inform
• Create communication assets and videos while managing and updating our SharePoint site with your own posts, videos, news, and fresh ideas
• Support us crafting powerful stories that inspire our AI learners and experts
• Support AI enablement events with planning and execution 

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who loves design and storytelling. 

You’ll do well in this role if: 

• You’re a student (f/m/d) studying Design, Media, IT, Marketing, or a similar field
• You’ve worked with design and video tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Premiere, or Camtasia. (Bonus: You’re a PowerPoint pro!) 
• You’re fluent in English 
• You’re creative, organized, and aims for excellence
• You’re a team player who enjoys working in a busy, exciting environment

Cloud ERP is at the core of SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise vision, providing next-generation business processes while taking advantage of artificial intelligence, so every employee can make smarter decisions, faster. 

In running and scaling the Cloud ERP organization, the COO office plays a vital role from implementing business operations to develop the organization and its people, financials, and operations.

We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) in the office of the Cloud ERP COO who will bring fresh ideas to the unit. We enable our organization to become more data driven and foster transparency using SAP technology. We are looking for a person with technical affinity that enjoys creating and optimizing reports as well as designing processes. 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
