What you'll do

We are looking for a working student, supporting in all operational aspects especially in FIN area within SAP Ariba & Procurement organization.
The student we are looking for, shall support all operational dimensions together with like Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Line Managers and the Unit Head.

The key tasks would include:

• Budget management and support with budget forecasts preparation
• Support line management in hiring activities
• Reporting and planning infrastructure: BW, Fieldglass, cProjects, and Lucid
• Coordinate training activities for development teams
• Be flexible & agile with respect to tasks in a changing demanding environment.
• Build strong interaction across organizational boundaries.

What you bring

• Studies in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Science, or a related discipline
• Very good communication, networking and facilitation skills 
• Team player with the ability to take responsibility proactively and work independently.
• Fluent in English and German (oral and written) is a must.

Meet the team 

The ISBN COO team supports the ISBN LoBs like Concur, Fieldglass, Ariba and Business Network in all business operational aspects. 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
