ABOUT THE TEAM

 

The MEE Digital Hub is a Europe-wide digital organization for the sales unit of small and medium-sized businesses and partner business in the Middle and Eastern Europe region. We are a young and agile team with experience in integrating working students with the goal of providing them with unique experiences in one of the leading companies in the IT industry and integrating them into our ongoing activities and projects. In our organization, we place great importance on promoting and continuously developing our employees, as well as promoting team culture and employee engagement across local or team boundaries. The position works closely with the Talent Readiness Lead in the Digital Hub for the MEE region.

 

THE ROLE 

 

  • Support our Talent Experience Team in various enablement topics with a special focus on onboarding of New Talents
  • Independent handling of all administrative work to support the leadership team in the technical onboarding of the New Hires
  • Development and participation in innovative projects, initiatives, programs, and events to acquire and promote talent
  • Creation and implementation of a coordinated talent program for all new hires in the Digital Hub across all seniority levels, functions, and teams to create a collaborative digital mindset ("First Week Onboarding")
  • Building communities and creating offers for employee exchange
  • Support in the creation of personalized digital assets such as business cards, photos, videos, etc.
  • Maintenance of internal communication platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Workzone, etc.

 
ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

 

  • Degree in marketing, communication, social sciences, business, management, or similar
  • Communicative team player, conscientiousness
  • Independent work style with a can-do attitude
  • Communication skills, good conceptual skills, confident appearance
  • Affinity for social media, asset and video creation and good IT understanding (OS, Windows)
  • Very good knowledge and secure handling of MS Office applications
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Experience in the field: First internships in the field of communication, industry, start-ups, etc.

 

 

This is an SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
