What you'll do
- Keeping an overview of multiple Diversity & Inclusion projects, incl. monitoring of deadlines and KPIs
- Driving upcoming topics and projects incl. event and communication planning
- Communicate via internal and external channels (e.g. social media, newsletters)
- Self-driven research on new Diversity & Inclusion topics and projects
- Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications, reporting & presentations for management and employees
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Language skills: German is a must, English is benefitial
- A can-do attitude
- Teamplayer
- Strong (scientific) knowledge and high interest for Diversity & Inclusion topics
- Analytical thinking & ability to keep track of multiple project deadlines & KPIs
- Project management skills
- A good sense for marketing, communication and event management
Meet your team
We are a diverse team that stands for equal chances for all 25.000 SAP employees in Germany. With this position the student (f/m/d) will win very good insights in Diversity & Inclusion projects and learns how to manage a project towards a clear goal under time pressure and with various challenges. You will gain in depth agile project management method and interpersonal skills. In your daily work, you will drive your work results self-initiatively – including the cooperation with different SAP-departments and third-party partners.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
