Meet your team
The Global Early Career Talent Attraction's mission is to identify, attract, select, hire, and onboard excellent talent in support of SAP's strategic goals. Our objective is to understand the talent landscape, promote SAP as a career destination, drive a world-class candidate and customer experience, and maximize acquired talent's value to the business. 


  • Start date: June, 1st or August 1st 2022
  • Working hours: 10-16 hours a week, availability on Thursday afternoon is required

What you'll do
In your role as Working Student (f/m/d) you will mainly support the Talent Attraction (TA) Project Coordinator of the Academy for Customer Success which includes the Sales, Presales and Customer Success Partner Programs in Project Management tasks such as:

•    Creation and maintenance of project plans and task progress 
•    Participation in weekly meetings with TA colleagues and our internal customers
•    Creation of meeting minutes and the follow up on action items, deadlines and deliverables 
•    Managing and taking responsibility for defined tasks and small projects 
•    Project reporting
•    Support in the further development of a first-class recruitment process
•    Research and creation of talent insights
•    Brainstorming on ways to attract best talents and support in developing innovative recruiting marketing & sourcing strategies based on talent insights

As part of the North American and German Recruiting teams you will have the opportunity to work with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world and to get to know the role of a recruiter by
•    Participating as needed in career fairs, webinars, recruiting events etc. 
•    Learning our recruiting strategy and full life-cycle recruiting processes including the tools
•    Taking over small other recruiting projects


What you bring

•    Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
•    Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, HR
•    Excellent communication skills in English, German beneficial
•    Passion for HR and solid understanding of recruiting topics
•    Very good Project Management and Microsoft Office skills
•    Creative and open mindset
•    Hands-on mentality, strong customer-service orientation, and execution attitude
•    Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment  


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
