What you'll do

• Support team members in audit-related activities, including: Planning and scheduling, Preparing communication, Monitoring audit findings
• Collaborate with team members on Managing queries from various stakeholders, Maintaining SharePoints, Reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to the team
• Insights into various security domains, including: User Access Management, Network Communication and Security Architecture, Malware Management, Risk Management, etc.
• Opportunities to learn various audit standards, such as SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001, CSA STAR, C5, TISAX etc.
• Real time exprience on project management techniques and best practices

We are looking for a student who can support us in our daily activities while offering vast opportunities to learn the thrilling topic of Audit and Compliance
    
What you bring

• IT background or currently studying IT/Business Management
• Security background/experience preferred
• At least a second-year University student
• Fluent in English; German skills beneficial
• Proactive, reliable, and able to self-organize
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in project management preferred, but not essential

Meet your team

The External Certifications & Audits team is responsible to provide customers with trusted data, allowing them to innovate with confidence on their path to an intelligent enterprise. The team supports SAP's solutions to deliver attestations and certifications according to applicable legal requirements and guidelines, staying current on requirements, and collaborating with third-party auditors.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
