Working Student (f/m/d) - Growth Culture Activation Project

What you’ll do


As a Working Student supporting Growth Culture, you will play a key role in helping drive cultural transformation within our organization. You will work closely with the Growth Culture team, supporting initiatives that foster collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning across teams. Your tasks will include:

 

  • Assisting in the design, development, and execution of Growth Culture programs and communications.
  • Supporting the creation of engaging content, including presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Conducting research on organizational culture trends, best practices, and leadership development.
  • Helping coordinate events, workshops, and leadership meetings.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback to measure the impact of cultural initiatives.
  • Providing general administrative and project management support to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.

 

What you bring


We are looking for a proactive and motivated student who is passionate about organizational culture, leadership, and transformation. You should bring:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling presentations and written materials.
  • An interest in culture and change management, with a curiosity for how organizations evolve and improve.
  • Analytical and structured thinking, with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information effectively.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Mural, Teams, SharePoint) is a plus.

 

Meet your team


The culture and change department is focused on supporting SAP in increasing its change capacity and evolving SAP culture towards GROWTH Culture. 

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
