ABOUT THE TEAM 

 

We are an international squad of HR Generalists, dedicated to helping leaders make smart, people-focused decisions.  Our main gig? Having 1-on-1 chats with managers, guiding them through their daily hurdles with top-notch advice and coaching. 

 

THE ROLE 

 

Hey! 

 

You'll be part of an incredibly diverse team with a wide range of backgrounds, skills, and experiences. The EMEA region covers 40 countries, including Germany, which has the largest number of leaders. 

 

You'll have the chance to consult leaders and work on exciting HR projects that focus on our People Agenda and expand the service portfolio we offer to our leaders.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS 

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences 
  • Preferred fields of study: Human Resource Management or Psychology 
  • Computer skills: strong MS Office skills, AI prompting skills preferred 
  • Language skills: fluent in German and English; additional language as a plus 
  • Soft skills: highly collaborative by nature, strong communication skills, self-driven, well-organized, strong customer and service orientation 
  • Others: ideally first practical experience in the HR area 
  • Working from Walldorf office is necessary, please mind the distance when applying

 

This is an SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. 

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
