What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Indirect Customer Success Management team and support our Partner Customer Success Managers (P-CSMs) by taking over responsibilities for (not limited to):
Communications, Assets and Events:
- Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications (newsletters, presentations, emails)
- Actively engage in the design and content management of internal assets (How-to Guides, SharePoint pages)
- Develop & design internal newsletters, communication templates, event invitations and manage our shared inbox
- Maintain and update content for our team internal Chatbot
Content Strategy & Management:
- Assist in creating and maintaining content for P-CSMs and partners
- Conduct content audits to identify and update broken assets and links
- Manage and maintain various reporting dashboards
- Ensure content on SharePoint pages and webpages are current
- Support initiatives and stay informed on tools, reports and programs that enhance customer success management and value realization
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
- Active student at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred fields of study in: Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and German with an unwavering attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Proficient in content creation (newsletters, presentations, etc.) and management
- A strong analytical and creative mind-set
- Curious and eager to learn
- Team player attitude with ability to work effectively in a global team

The SAP Indirect Customer Success Management organization (ICSM) is aiming for a consistent experience for SAP customers along the customer value journey, no matter if the customer signed the cloud contract with SAP or with an SAP partner.
Our global team of Partner Customer Success Managers (P-CSMs) enable and support SAP partners on Customer Success Management. The objective of this role is to optimize the customer experience with adoption and consumption processes, improve renewal rates, increase partner and end customer satisfaction, and champion customer success through a consistent, efficient, scalable methodology across different SAP cloud lines of business.
The SAP ICSM team is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team in Germany.
You will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of how SAP’s Indirect Customer Success Management Organization is running.
You will join an experienced, dynamic international team.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
