As a student intern, you'll be instrumental in our communication, marketing transformation, event management, and marketing and sales collaboration efforts. This dynamic role is ideal for a university or university of applied sciences student with a passion for these fields.
Key Responsibilities
Support Internal and External Communication
- Plan, create, implement, and evaluate various communication formats including newsletters, podcasts, blogs, social media posts, and events (both internal and external).
Event Management
- Organize and manage internal events, workshops, and meetings from planning and communication to execution and wrap-up.
- Assist in the planning and communication to execution and wrap-up of strategic global and regional events and campaigns.
Visual Content Creation
- Develop visual materials such as photos and videos (including scripting, filming, and post-production), PowerPoint presentations, content for internal platforms, and more.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our MEE Marketing Management Office.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student (f/m/d) in the field of marketing, communication, or a related field (e.g., social sciences, economics, Business Administration, or International Business Management).
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge in video editing/production (Premiere, Camtasia, or similar).
- German native speaker with very good English language skills.
- Strong passion for communication, marketing transformation, event management, marketing, and sales cooperation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Creative profile with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Reliable, self-dependent, and goal-oriented working style.
- Work experience within SAP is a plus.
