Working Student (f/m/d) - Operations Specialist

What you'll build
After thorough training on the service portfolio for partners, you will be assisting the operations colleagues in handling contracting/invoicing process for partner services. In order to shorten the sales cycle of such service offerings you will be:
- Responsible for supporting operations colleagues in managing the contracts and invoicing aspects of the overall process
- Substitute and work as a backup for the said operations colleagues
- Keep track of service requests pending using SAP CRM
- Support the team during peak times by calling/emailing partners yourself in German and English
- Coordinating feedback with SAP internal stakeholders and assisting in reports to management
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration focused on Marketing/Communications, Computer Studies or Business Information Technology
- Computer skills: Profound knowledge of MS Office
- Language skills: Fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: Positive team spirit and ability to work in a virtual and global team; Open personality, communicator, flexible, reliable; Excellent team player and proactive networking abilities on a global basis; High degree of motivation and the ability to work independently
- Other important skills/experience: Excellent writing skills; Organizational, analytical and conceptual skills; Knowledge of SAP systems is desirable, but not a limiting factor;
- Willingness to learn product specific details on key SAP products from a business management perspective
- Working from the Walldorf office is required
